Do a variety of push-ups. Normal, triceps, diamond and wide. It will work your arms, chest and shoulders.

Tricep dips with a bench behind you. Tricep extension with a heavy weight, at least 4kg behind your head. Tricep pull downs etc...

can u forward to me as well...is okay to whatapp you...i cannot do chair dips, as a year ago i fell down stair an d seriously injured my right arm....so any exercise that requires pressure on my arms i cannot do.....

Next to abs and legs, toning up your arms tend to be the most difficult muscle group for women... try doing only 10 push ups every day of the week. Start out with ladies push ups and keep going until you can do regular push ups. It's really the best exercise for toning your arms, you won't build these bulky arms, plus it even improves your posture 💪

For me, what helped was:
1- reduce sugar (especially refined) intake
2- cardio
3- being more open and not keeping my arms pressed against my sides all the time or folding my arms
4- bicep exercises
