We had crossfit class in the dark this morning! Power was out!

Strength/Skill:

1. Alternate DB (5 kg) bench press w/ 6 sec tempo down - 6 x per arm

2. Renegade rows (what a B$#%h) - I used 4 kg dumbbells - 12 x per arm

WOD:

5 min ME cal rows
5 min ME sled push/pulls
5 min ME sledgies

Yeah absolutely! I love the classes! It's basically functional fitness. Sets you up for every day life. :-)
