During the weekend I went shopping for a dress. I chosen a dress that accommodate my body bit the one that I liked. From today I make a choice to refuse a body that will not let me wear what I don’t like. I came back to fat secret and this time I’m not walking away. I choose a healthy lifestyle

Fully agree. I also recently bought a dress that I'm working my way into wearing, although it fits but it doesn't sit as well as I want it to, so my dress is my short term goal
