Had to check my weight for an NPL Challenge update this morning. Now at 70.7kg. 🎉
So total weight loss since starting on FatSecret… 28.3kg. 🥳🥳

Progression photos don’t seem all that different so that’s demotivating for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

NPL Challenge is still in FULL swing. Some days really are a mental struggle but I have to keep trying. Anyway…

Another record. YAY!
Two weeks ago -25.1kg. Today -26.2kg 🥳

I DID IT! 🥳
I lost 25.1kg. 🥹

Target goal reached! This is the lightest I’ve been since joining FatSecret, which was 15 years ago. Wow!
I will place a new target.

BMI: 25
Body Fat: 30.8%

I think 68kg as the next target.
