I feel like crap today! I haven't lost anything this week. ): I can't explain the frustration I feel right now. I've been following my calories closely, minus a few pieces of candy at work, drinking a lot of water, and I've been fighting off little hunger pains. ): I just don't know what to do right now.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

argh! I KNOW exactly how you feel today. I have been just as frustrated! Your calorie levels look great. You could try reducing the carbohydrates and increasing the protein. It might rev things up a bit. Worked for me in the past. Good Luck!

Thank you! I will try and cut down on the carbs a little. I need to find things I really like that aren't so fatty.
