My official weight this morning is 113.9kg.
This small drop takes me into the 113's so I'm happy with that.
I started coaching a client in Australia via skype and whatsapp and she has already lost 1.5kg in 2 days and is super stoked about it :) In fact all the people I coached this year have achieved their goals and doing really well :) Makes me so proud to be a part in other people's success :)
I've got just over 2 weeks to drop these 4kg and get to 110kg by Christmas eve but if I don't then I want to be as close to it as possible :) I'm not really fixated on weight but must admit that it still gives me a thrill to see a drop.
