I had a chill weekend and don't feel bad about it at all. was very active too which is good, while on my uphill walk Saturday afternoon i almost got robbed, that was pretty scary luckily i had my dog with me but its so hard to get friends to do some exercise with you i guess next time i will pick a road that has more movement and leave valuables at home
103.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
