My official weight this morning is 114.9kg.
Happy to see a loss after Tuesday's Burger King Double Whopper meal.
The weight loss itself is very misleading. I am seeing such a big difference in my body. I still have lots of bodyfat but it's reducing.
Yesterday I was so confident that I wore a vest and went to the mall :)
