yesterday had 2 boiled eggs feta 2 wholewheat slices and whey lunch time pilchards and 2 roti and evening blueberries and strawberries last night on scale was 106.4 kg, next goal is 102 kg
105.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Try changing your weigh-in time to early in the morning after having a bath/shower and using the loo and before consuming anything. When you weigh in the evening you have all the weight of everything you consumed for the day inside u.

thanks guys, had Just Fried Fish and Chips, need to stay away from that, again bad choices for a lazy takeout Saturday :)
