I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE GYM SINCE MY LAST WEIGH IN ON 16/8 DUE TO WORK HECTIC SCHEDULE.
WE HAD A WELLNESS DAY AT WORK TODAY 24/8
BODY FAT S/B BTWN 21 & 36%, MINE = 49.1%
VISCERAL FAT S/B AROUND 5, MINE = 12.5
103.9 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
