Have been delaying my weigh-in But overall my progress is not too shabby :) Whoah who am I fooling... my progress is excellent... all the challenges that one have to overcome tp stay on course
I am very pleased with a 3kg drop over 2 months since my last weight in!!!
Decided not to record my weight every week cos the numbers seems to fluctuate makes a person depressed :(
I have lost all my post pregnancy weight now, yeppi :) Mostly doing strenght training x3 times p/w
my double chin is also dissappearing, LOL
I am 1/2 way there...had 31kg's to lose so 16kg's to go
105.6 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
