Hi Kimmy321. I have a personal trainer, and have been training with him for 4 weeks. This will be week 5. I am really having a hard time with getting my hunger under control. I have been splitting my food into 6 meals rather than 3. Late nights is my worst.....I feel like snacking. Just need to work on that bad habit. He really trains me hard. I do 40 minutes of HIIT training, 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of super setting weights. I train with him 4 days a week and do 30 min of cardio on my own for 2 extra days. I can see a change in my body. I just keep reminding myself this is not a quick fix.

Wow your trainer is really working you hard. My meal plan consists of 5 meals and the one meal directly after training includes wine gums :-) I found that quite weird but she explained to me why I need it. I must say I haven't been hungry today as yet but will see how the rest of the day goes.

Yes, I told him I want to train REALLY hard. I was an athlete when I was way younger, so my body handles the hard training well. I can feel my stamina and strength coming back. Yes if I run out of energy, I also have some wine gums.....I try not to do this every day. Feels like such a waste to cheat on my diet - I train so hard, and dont want to spoil the effort with my diet. 80% success is diet. He also showed me that the "light" or "low fat" products are really high in carbs!! I was shocked to see this. I am following a moderate carb and higher protein, low fat diet. Use a whey protein by SSN, once a day. Prefer to eat real food, the shakes have high calories and its a shake that does not really fill me up. Found having this after my work out helps recovery. I dont worry too much about my weight. Just want to see my BF % coming down. I have alot of muscle from previous training, so am heavier than someone who has never or rarely exercised. Going to stick to this, and do this the right way!!! My goal is by my 45th birthday in Feb, I want to fit into a size 10 again.......

I must say I hardly every use low fat or fat free products. I also use whey protein but I have it 3 times a day. Its just much easier for me at work than actual food. Good luck I am sure you will be at your goal weight in no time...
