After last week's issues I'm ready to start again :)

UPDATE ON MY CREATINE ALLERGIC REATION :
I started with a new tub of creatine on Thursday and there has been no allergic reactions to it so far. I guess that other tub of creatine that I opened last year and stored had gone bad and that's what caused the reaction to it.

Have a good week ahead everyone :)

112.2 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

my hubby bought a creatine yesterday - had a severe allergic reaction this morning - his face and hands swelled up and body was tingling - got to doctors rooms and they said his heartrate was abnormal and body was going into shock - not a normal rash and hives reaction - very serious

Kim Tree what brand was it? Did the doctor confirm that the creatine caused the reaction?
