I HATE the cold and I HATE winter. I'm eating more than normal and not drinking enough water and not mobile enough. Am going to gym sessions once a week to cross train. Can't pole cos it's too cold and the Michelin man can't pole and cycling is a schlepp cos it's a tad cold. GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Oh well next week is another week
65.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

i found that when it is cold then i stock up on soups.....the soups fill me up and it is calorie friendly.

I like eating soup too and make plenty of it but I just eat too much in winter :(
