Well, couldn't gym last week due to the pain and still have family sleeping in my bed. Routine is completely out of whack but I'm trying to get back to the gym. I realized that I cannot do the 5:2/3:4 diet. I start to feel faint by the end of the day. So I will just carry on with the low carb diet, which I know has been working so far.
95 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Michelle what caused you to feel faint ? I initially found it was too less food for 500/600 calories but then I discovered that if I choose low calorie foods then I can eat a ton of food and stay under the target.

I think it was my glucose levels. Although I don't think 500 kcal and pain meds don't go together. At least I know that the low carb diet works for me.

I wouldn't have thought that fasting and taking pain meds on the same day would be a good idea. That sounds positively dangerous (to me)

That's the problem. I'm not drinking the pain meds while fasting. I know that's not a good idea. But it means that I have pain. I am pretty much at all this point constantly on some sort of pain meds. (Prescribed) but I get depro if I don't gym for a while. Even if it is minimal.

I haven't been able to gym for about a week now and already feeling the effects mentally.
