Wow.... I haven't felt this good about my weight loss journey in ages.... I feel like I'm taking this demon and wrestling him to the ground and beating him into submission.
I am so happy. My Mrs bought me a Fitbit and that is keeping me so motivated it is awesome. I'm also playing 45 mind of football everyday. And when that doesn't happen I workout. Super excited for the future as suddenly all my motivators are really kicking into overdrive. I haven't starved myself just my calories in vs calories out is stupendous atm and I must keep it up.
