exercised 1 day only on Wed due to public holiday that was on tuesdays 21/3 & I was off on mon also had a extra long weekend....exercise not followed but I tried to eat right did overdo it sometimes need to keep an eye on my portion sizes🤗🙄
116.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
