Noticed that I have been eating a lot of carbs. Need to reduce that if I want to go below 80kg
82.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Jip, those pesky carbs. I have the same problem :) As long as I limit the carbs the scale remains friendly. Otherwise... Hang in there, you're almost at your goal.
