Got up to 8 miles on my Saturday run! I paid for it Sunday and Monday though, very tight muscles.

Short journal today since I just wanted to weigh in, hope everyone is having a good week!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
