I am very disappointed with myself, but not surprised at all.

I was back at gym this morning, and I am considering taking up running on some mornings.

I have packed healthy lunch - probably not as clean as I should be eating, but a huge leap in the right direction compared to how I have been behaving.
74 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel the same as you as I picked up a lot of weight on my holiday but we are back on the horse again and I am aiming to loose 7.5kg before my birthday in April. You will get back into it. Just need to get your mind right. Once my mind is right I am going like a boeying.
