Back under 140! I haven't been trying super hard, but I have been trying a little bit. The weekends are getting better, less cheating.
I've also managed to up my runs to 5 miles, which I'm sure helps. I'm still having a hard time tracking all of my food though.
Sorry for the short update. I need to work on being more involved in this site again as well.
