Today I'm starting this eating plan reducing my calories intake to less than 1000 a day. 13 days metabolism diet I last did it a year ago. I'm trying to lose those kilos & fast. this is my motivation.

What happens after these 13 days? You must keep in mind that anything you do to lose weight will cause weight to go back up if you stop doing it. Look into what method you can adopt to keep it all sustainable.

After 13 days last time I did it I lost 6kg. This time after 13 day I will resume less eating, healthy eating yes, Maybe Ill stick to Oats/Eggs in the mornings. Already I've removed everything I must not eat in my house. Basically Its a motivation for me. I wouldn't want to add up all the weight again. Never.
