Don't. It can be tough sometimes. My weight seems to yo-yo every day, but I know I will get there eventually. I also know that if I give up then I won't get there.

don't give up Michellean77..just keep at it...weight loss is not easy...full of ups and downs...and probably one of the hardest journeys you you will ever be on.maybe start logging in everything that you eat so you know what you are eating and from there you will be able to see. Are you following a specific meal plan and/or exercise regime?you are not alone- tons of support here on FS...you can do it Michellean77!

Nicki - not following anything specific. Just trying to be careful what I put in my mouth. Weekends are the worst though
