Will be keeping calorie intake the same for the coming week. Am expecting +-0.1-0.3kg increase per week. So I'm on track at the moment.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
