Doubling the weekly caloric increase again this week. I'm still not seeing the intended results on the scale.
94.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The scale is a liar!!! Use a tape measure to monitor your measurements as well. Sometimes you could get heavier but slimmer.

Thanks. I will have to add a tape measure to my arsenal. I always weigh myself 1St thing in morning after using the bathroom, just for consistency.

Have u ever weighed yourself in the morning after a hot bath/shower? I actually lose a few 100g after doing so.
