so, I got very sick this weekend and TOM. All in all, it wasn't too bad. still not feeling awesome, so I'll catch up with you guys later

63.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
