weekends are generally tougher so you gotta get creative and find ways to avoid triggers. Not sure what meal plan you follow but sometimes they can become too restrictive and almost hard to merge with reality/our lifestyles...for me personally I find weekdays easier just because I am at work most of the day so not easy to cheat whereas weekends...I'm always out and my fridge/kitchen has temptation left, right& centre. Sometimes changing your meal plan can help e.g. eat healthy during the week and let go a little over the weekend...in the end I think its all about balance (you still want to be able to eat what you want as in "normal foods" and still lose weight). If you have time go read up about different meal plans...you really have to do your research...and find what is best for you( manageable and within your budget).I have recently started is fasting ...e.g. the 5:2 meal plan...maybe BBO can help advise you on how to start (check out his meal diary and look at his amazing weight loss)..just my humble opinion. Wishing you all the best on finding a plan that works for you, know you are not alone and we are all here to help & support you:-)
