It is a digital scale but i think its possessed!! i put a new battery in but its even crazier now, i moved it to a different tile and each time i moved it i got a different weight.... :)

Best thing to do is weigh yourself on another scale just to see how much difference it is to your one or test it by placing a 10kg weight plate on it if you have one. Scales can be a nightmare at times and really frustrating.
