Finally! 75kg. It was a struggle to loose this 1kg. I was told to eat more, but I couldn't get myself to do that. After losing this weight I still feel fat. is it natural to feel this way? I set my next goal for 70kgs. I feel I need to loose a little more weight.

75 kg Lost so far: 22 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! Keep in mind that you can get heavier but slimmer since weight loss and fat loss are two different things. Don't obsess too much about the specific weight and focus on measurements and whether your clothes look good on you or not. You are doing well, keep it up.

Congratulations on your goals so far. regarding your question I think its all in the mind , I've moved from a size 40-38 ( depends the make of clothing) to a size 32 (mr price ) I still feel fat , I think the problem we have is we look at our problem area eg mine is the tummy , in clothes my tummy looks flat , but without clothes I see something different. my goals now is my sport I will do , cycling races,walks , runs. Well done once again and I know you will get to your new goal soon.
