1 Week down and feeling good. Horribly weak in gym, but will work my way back up. Goals:
100kg bench
180kg deadlift
14okg squat

Lets do this!!
91.3 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
