so does anybody know that 7days diet, 1 day fruit the next veggies the next fruits and veggies etc..? well that's the one I'll be taking on for a while. adding the wonder soup to this diet shows amazing results, but unfortunately after day 3the soup starts tasting bad as I make a batch and freeze it and I use the cabbage not the cellary. so I'll avoid the soup for the first week and see how it goes....

usually these kinda diets help to lose weight quickly but just as easily as u lost it, it could come back....try and find a more sustainable weight loss program and switch from using diets to making life style changes :), hope this helps in some way....goodluck #ThumbsUp

Yeah, I agree with Ibiza122, I was on that diet for 3 months, I lost 12kg, but gained it back & then some... Rather opt for lifestyle changes, banting or paleo lifestyles are great ways to try...

As I said in previous posts I'm trying to loose weight until 85Kg via quick loss diet plans and after that eat healthy until I am at 80... And then use a maintenance diet from there on onwards. The problem with the quick loss diets are that people think wow I lost so much and that they can eat like they use to. Obviously if you start eating sweets and pizza and bread and potatoes. Whatever the case may be... You'll gain all the lost weight once again... A maintenance diet is key.. With excercize ofcourse

Oh and people for some strange reason stop checking their weight as soon as they've reached their goal. They start gaining weight and a couple of kgs later when it's too late then only do they realize the mistake that was made. I weighed 115Kg, went on these diets and lost up until 98 would've been more if I didn't get a sport injury and turned all depro (sport was my everything),... In 4 years after going to university I gained weight, but only up to 102... So it just depends on the person.... And from 101,7 I'm on 92,6 now... Everyone must just finds whatever works for them works for them.

thats true, but with quick loss diets, you tend to have more muscle degradation which is sumthing we would all want to avoid......I wish you the best of luck on ur journey :)

Lea.7 I did that diet twice a few weeks apart and I did not put the weight back on. However i don't loose as much as they say I loose between 1.2 and 2.4kg per time. I get bored quite easily and that is why I only do it now and again. I call it detox and not a diet
