So.... I'll have to work hard to loose weight in the next 2 weeks. Had 2 birthday parties this week. Time to buckle down and do this.

84.9 kg Lost so far: 53.1 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 2.0 kg a Week
