Okay, I lost a couple of kgs now, BUT tonight is my "eat anything I want as much as I like night" so scary. Hope I can control myself and not overdo it
94.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's the 13 day metabolism diet plan. It's great! You can loose between 9 and 20Kg in 14days. It's not a crash diet, but a metabolic change diet. After the 14day's you shouldn't gain the weight if you eat normally.(2years after) and if you use another diet supposedly you would still loose. BUT it's very strict not even a chappie is allowed or it won't work as it should. This diet may also be used a year after and not sooner than that as its hard on the kidneys. I lost 5,2kgs now and I'm on day 7...

Wow that's awesome. Well done!! Can I find it somewhere on the internet? I a feel little despondent cos it's seems I cannot budge the weight. Maybe I need something like this to kick start it, or give ME a kick in the butt. LOL. :-)

Sure just Google the 13day metabolism diet and it wil pop up. I know a lady that lost 17kgs before this diet and on the diet she lost 4,5kg after being stuck.. So I hope it does the job for you. Keep me posted ;)
