So, still the same but started toning this week. Definitely feeling the muscles... Also eating a little more to help with the extra excersize. This week is going to be more difficult tho cause there is a birthday in the house so that means extra temptations... But I know I have the will power to keep myself in check!
90 kg Lost so far: 25 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
