Debra Holmes's Journal, 07 Oct 15

SO the scale finally gave in, and dropped below 71. Did my half way mark measurements this morning, and feeling quite down about it. My cm loss in minimal. Am I just imagining the change in my body? the tape measure seems to think so.
I am battling with my eating now too! Cant seem to keep my protein up! Have ordered some Whey Protein, which has always helped.
5.7kgs away from goal and it is not easy to move! Do I go all in with the Carb cycling again? Don't know if I remember how.

You did very well with the carb cycling method. Maybe do it again? It's definitely what works for me, and clearly I'm carb sensitive. I played with different ideas through FS to see what foods are convenient and easy to prep and eat, without compromising to much on the calorie count.

Don't be down about it Debs! Your body has been through a major transformation over the past year... give it some time... work on maintaining than losing any more at this stage :) Keep strong my friend!

Thank you my special friends. I suppose I just think back 3 years when I got back down to 67.5 with very little effort and no exercise, and wonder why it is so much harder now. The BMI better tell me that all this weight is just muscle and that is why the cm and scale aren't moving.
