Just did strength training yesterday - low reps high weights. All major compound movements are still very good. Nice and heavy still. 1-2 reps on 100kg bench press still there, 2 reps incline bench press 70kg, 1-2 reps squat on 100kg. These are all done at the end of drop sets.

Eating is going well. Being very disciplined. have logged super accurately. And the 5000cal cheat day I had on Friday did nothing to me.
Body fat % is down from a tentitive 19-20% to a Solid 19%
97.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
