OMW!!! I have no words to express myself!!! My latest experiment has given me a 1.5kg drop in weight over this last week! WOW!!! I'm in the 113's with 113.2kg :) Thats a total weight loss of 15.5kg in 16 weeks!!!

Thanks goes out to all my FS buddies on here! You guys/girls rock! All the best in your journey too!
113.2 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks everyone :) I went from a 0.5kg drop the week before to a 1.5kg drop so that can be considered 3 times the weight loss of the previous week. This by no means is a proper evaluation but hey its great motivation :) I am so happy with my results so far. I'm going to keep to the principles used in the last week as I feel that it is highly sustainable for me.
