This week has been a hard week... lots of cravings but seemed to keep it in check... its the last week of the official diet, from next week we just eat healthy and keep to portions... we need to teach the body (and the mind) of how much we can eat. so that when we are done with the diet and reached our goal weight we don't go back to old routines.
96 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done Michelle!!! You lost 20kg so far. We are all very proud of you!!Keep it up, you got this far and I'm sure you will keep going. I really enjoy dieting and suffering we you. It's all worth it at the end of the day and without snax hahahaha

Thanx. It has definitely been worth it. I'm feeling better about myself and in general. But now comes the real hard work, toning. (with the cardio)

Haha!! It's sounds like fun. We just have stick it out because we don't want those flabby skins hanging all over our sexy bodies hey? We worked so hard so far, so we lets go for it!!! PS We only start on Tuesday, pleaaaaaase
