Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 02 Jul 15

Exciting to see the scale go down again by the same amount of weight that it went up last week :) I started my 1st gym session last week since October 2014 so my sore muscles were probably retaining water. This week my muscles are not as sore as my 1st week and I'm back to under 120kg :D

My measurement on my tummy before I started this journey was 132cm and that was 9 weeks ago. Today it has dropped to 124cm!!! That is absolutely amazing!!!
