I feel despondent cause i keep going back and forth gaining and losing
98.8 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

this is why I threw away my scale, once every three months I get weighed at a clinic, these fluctuations don't always mean fat gain, it could be water retention, hormones and such. focus more on how your clothes and how you are feeling. I know its hard at times but keeping a positive attitude during this helps get us to our goals, sending hugs and good vibes

I have lost 24 kgs but my weight chart is up and down, plus 200 minus 300 plus 100 minus 100 plus 1kg down 300- it fluctuates so much over the last 5 years but slowly it’s decreasing 😅

don't let the scale get you down. we're so focused on the nr on the scale, we forget to measure ourselves. 2 or 300 grand here and there can literally be liquids. measure yourself and track yourself every 2 weeks. write down what you consume daily. then write down your weight every second Sunday and go back to your days, checking when you were hungry, when you felt like you weren't hungry and so on. the more notes you make for yourself, the better when you go and look back at the end of the month. we are only human, it's easy to get dispondent if we don't focus on the right things. make small changes and make notes. you've got this. don't let the evil scale get you down. good luck!!

I find which helps log everything you put in your mouth then at then end of the day look at your macro for only that day...go see what u can do better and better yourself slowly...good luck and lots of strength and positive energy
