This day was weird for eating and logging. This evening I had only a tad over 700 calories and less protein than I want daily, so under 'snacks' I entered my late-night fix for that. I wouldn't normally do this but I want to lose weight at a reasonable rate so it is sustainable. Tomorrow I'll adjust what and when I get protein in. Now it says I'm gaining 3.5 pounds a week. Not, not, and not.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
