At Last I'm off the 100kgs so happy I have lost 20.8kg...looking forward to reaching my next goal to be 95kg loving my new healthy lifestyle seem so focused and enjoying adding new healthy choices to my diet. This week I made homemade cottage cheese don't think I will ever buy shop cottage cheese again!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 20.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
