134!!! 🎉 I've lost almost 50 pounds 🥹🥳 Mostly in the kitchen, since I was bedridden with a spinal cord injury for the better part of a year, but I'm 80% recovered from that horror show now and continue to rebuild muscle, work on my balance and eat right. I'm back!!! 🤩💕
60.8 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel ya with spinal cord injury. They really wanted to do surgery if i didn't recover. I was determined to avoid surgery so i did fasting and keto, then carnivore for nearly a year. Congratulations on your loss.
