FBS 145, first dose of Munjaro (with reluctance and misgivings for sure). I'm spending more on food but will continue to not buy processed anything when possible and reasonable. Besides some of my people food goes to dog-person too. I give our old Pit/Aussie-mix meat and veges to supplement his lamb/rice kibble. Tonight I was logging food as I ate dinner and tallied it before actually finishing the food. Saw I was going to be a tad over my allowance so treated one of the dogs to part of my beef. Wild!! It turned out to hit 1300 exactly. Happy dance. As I write, I'm still working on the tossed salad.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
