This week I found my groove a bit more. I got tired of the bean curry vibes and increased my daily calorie count to about 1400. Focus is still on fibre and protein. I have been enjoying salads with leafy greens, tofu/tempeh and mango, and for breakfast, wholewheat seeded sourdough (homemade) with beans and a spread of pesto or avo.. this has been a great source of fibre and protein - 2 slices = 18g fibre and 18g protein and it keeps me full until past lunchtime. I caught a bug the last couple of days, which threw out my blood sugars, but they’re back to normal now, which is great. :)
