At med office visit today, I'm down 8 pounds from last visit (fully clothed with shoes on, but I don't remember what their digital pro scale said today)! I've only been doing metabolism reset for three days, so this loss has been largely due to just different habits I've developed over time--last few months-- and decreased appetite, few cravings anymore. I'd already been using some of the tea spice/herb items in this program, ACV, etc. It made doing Jumpstart easier for me than some folks I'd guess. My NP's med assistant is very interested.
