Epic! I broke the plateau!
Increased protein and calories slightly, still focusing on fibre and protein, which helped when my weight hardly changed.
I struggled with fatigue and low blood pressure this weekend, likely because I ran out of my multivitamin. I’ll restock and carry on.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
