Enjoyed an amazing weekend with friends and made sure to drink lots of water, and got on with meal prepping yesterday so that I’m ready for the week ahead!
My main focus is getting enough fibre, protein and water.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
