No changes to eating, even though I’d plateau’d last week - I knew I was not overeating and that my body was just getting used to the supplements etc. I was also kept on track by the blood sugars, which have dropped nicely and are now averaging out at 6.0 fasting (0.5 less than my 30 day average)
I’m still mainly whole food and plant based, although I have a friend’s birthday today and we are going out for lunch. It’s a Greek restaurant and I will be choosing the healthy options - not because I should but because I want to. I’m loving the way I feel without dairy.. no sinuses issues, less sluggish.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
