I’m eating a lot more fibre, and have started taking magnesium supplements, which tends to make you hold onto water a bit. My belt is on the last notch and still loose, which is helping me to not stress about the gain on the scale.

I’ll be increasing my water intake as well.
I’m still sticking to plan and motivated by the fact that my blood sugar levels are still coming down, so from being in the 7’s to 8’s (fasting), my range is now 5-6, which is close to the goal, and also not in the range of organ damage!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
